Ms. Khadijah – Infant Teacher
“Whenever you feel unloved, unimportant, or insecure, remember to whom you belong.”

Ms. Khadijah has been at Step by Step for over 7 years now. She was involved in the Early Childhood Education program at Tate High School, has volunteered at her church’s Summer Camps, she is the second oldest of nine siblings, and she has two children of her own and one on the way! She is working on her earning her Bachelor’s Degree. Ms. Khadijah loves arts and crafts, and she loves teaching babies!! She enjoys using her creative talents in the classroom. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family. Ms. Khadijah’s favorite Bible verse is Ephesians 2:19-22 “So now you Gentiles are no longer strangers and foreigners. You are citizens along with all of God’s holy people. You are members of God’s family. Together, we are his house, built on the foundation of the apostles and the prophets. And the cornerstone is Christ Jesus himself. We are carefully joined together in him, becoming a holy temple for the Lord. Through him you Gentiles are also being made part of this dwelling where God lives by his Spirit.”

 

Ms. Sherry –  Infant Teacher

“Too blessed to be stressed!”

Ms. Sherry has taught at Step by Step for over 7 and half years. She has two children of her own, and she’s been teaching in childcare for 29 years! She LOVES her babies as if they were her own. Ms. Sherry enjoys going to church, shopping, playing games, and spending time with her grandson. Her favorite Bible verse is John 3:16 – “For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believes in him should not perish but have everlasting life!”
